Experience the most incredible Journey of a lifetime! A Haleakala downhill Maui Bike Tour. Its your choice a Sunrise, Day trip, Guided or Unguided/Self Paced tour. We provide all the options regarding your Maui Bike Tours with Mountain Riders. First we will either pick you up at your Maui hotel or you meet us at a designated location.
We then continue to the summit of Haleakala picking up our bikes along the way. Upon arriving at Haleakala National Park by van we then begin viewing the multi-colored panoramas of Haleakala’s exterior and interior crater. You then proceed to ride approx 28 miles from just outside the park at the 6500 foot level of Haleakala, downhill to Paia Bay (weather permitting) with professional Maui tour guides or on your own if you decide.
Descending the verdant green slopes of haleakala, you will see the beautiful West Maui mountains and the South Maui coastline. Continuing on your Mountain Riders bike journey you pass thru Maui’s small upcountry communities of Makawao, Hailiimaile and eventually ending at Maui’s favorite seaside town of Paia.
