About Maui's Downhill Haleakala Bike Tours

Mountain Riders is celebrating our 17th year in the downhill bicycle industry. We offer 3 tours consisting of Guided and Self-guided (self-paced) tours. Prices start from $88.00.

Safety is our number one priority. All clients receive a comprehensive safety briefing. In addition, we are the only company that requires clients to view a safety video. Clients sign an acknowledgement of risk form.

• Haleakala Sunrise Tour - $102.72 plus tax and fees ($136.00) /Retail $170.00
• Haleakala Day Tour - $90.43 plus tax and fees ($123.20) / Retail $154.00
• Self-guided & Park Tour - $77.76 plus tax and fees ($88) /Retail $110.00
• Tax = 4.167%............Park / Fuel Surcharge Fee(s) = $29.00

Additional Considerations

• Height requirement is 4'10".
• Riders must be 12 years old.
• Please - No beginners or pregnant ladies.
• Dress Warmly in layers with closed toed shoes
• Bring your camera... we will be making photo stops.
• Eye protection is recommended (sunglasses or prescription eye-wear).

• We are open 24 hours a day.
• Our reservations staff will assist you and answer any specific questions you may have.
• Our current availability is 72 guests per day.
• We have a 24 hour late cancellation policy. Calls received within 24 hours of any tour results in a FULL CHARGE; with 24 hours or more notice results in a FULL REFUND credited back to the credit card used on the website.
